How to reserve the apartment or the whole villa?

Fill out the form below for the reservation and we will send you an offer via your email as soon as possible.

After agreeing to our offer, we are sending you an invoice for the reservation.

Reservation deposit: 30% of the whole amount (without tourist tax, cleaning fee and insurance deposit).

It is possible to cancel the reservation and get a refund of the reservation fee if the reservation is canceled at least 90 days before the beginning of the reservation. If the reservation is canceled betweeen 90 nad 31 days from the start of the reservation, we will refund the reservation fee when we get a new booking for the same price as your canceled reservation.

If we do not get a new booking or you cancel the reservation 30 days or less before the beginning of the reservation, we have to lower the rental price. The rental price we are losing will be reimbursed from your reservation. The rest of the reservation amount will be returned to you.

If you cancel or we do not get a new booking for the canceled period 7 nights before your canceled reservation, we are not returning the deposit.

Also, it is possible to change the reservation period once, 45 days or more before your original reservation starts. The agreed price must be used within one year from the first reservation. The agreed price can be used according to the valid price list for a certain period.

By reserving both apartments at the same time for a minimum of 6 nights we are giving you a 15% discount.

By reserving one apartment for minimum od 1o nights, we are giving 10% discount. 

Price per night does not include:

Tourist tax

Adults: 1.50 € per person, per night

Children 12-18 years: 0.75 € per person, per night

Children 0-12 years: Free of charge

Apartment cleaning: 80.00 €

Insurance deposit:  300.00 €

A deposit of 300.00 € serves as insurance for any possible damage that may occur during the stay in the apartment or insurance for compliance with house rules.

If there is no damage, the apartment was left in a normal condition and there were no problems related to house rules, the deposit is returned 48 hours after check-out to an agreed account. By reserving the apartment you are agreeing to our “House rules”.
