Sun apartment is one of the Sunwell apartments for six people, located on the first floor of a modern Mediterranean villa, just 100 meters from the local beach.

We are sure that you will love our apartment because of the comfort, the surroundings, the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, the wonderful view of the sea and the mountains, and the spectacular sunsets. In Sun apartment you will get a sense of privacy and intimacy, but you won’t be isolated.

Sun apartment – What to expect?

This spacious and comfortable, newly renovated apartment is equipped with a luxurious hydromassage pool. Located in a glazed loggia with a view of the sea, the hydromassage pool is suitable for 4 persons. In the summer months, the loggia can be transformed into a covered balcony, and in spring and autumn into a closed wellness area.

The apartment also has another smaller balcony and a private paved garden surrounded by greenery. Garden is equipped with a solar shower, barbecue, and garden dining table set for 6 people. All that gives you the impression of staying in a house, not an apartment.

Modern comfort

The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a bedside table. Bedroom also has a private exit to the balcony with a view of the beach and the mountains. The second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and nightstands with a view of the yard and the beach.

Open space concept of the living and dining room and kitchen gives the apartment the comfort and sense of modern living.

Living room is equipped with a TV, a working desk, and a sofa, which can be transformed into a comfortable king-size bed.

It is joined by a dining room for six people, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with a multifunctional bar and a loggia with a hydromassage pool.

Bathroom is equipped with a large glass shower, sink with cabinet, toilet, and washing machine.

Pag apartment – Get the whole villa

Depending on availability, in addition to the Sun apartment, it is possible to book our second one – the Well apartment.

By booking both apartments at the same time, the two apartments become Mediterranean villa.
The compatibility of garden furniture and the size of the space allows a group of up to 12 people to comfortably stay together on the terrace and in the green yard.
