We have answered your frequent questions. Read about how near the beach is, do we take pets, where is the nearest shop, restaurant, caffe bar, or do we change water in the hydromassage pool?
HOW FAR IS THE BEACH FROM THE APARTMENTS?
Sunwell apartments are located 100 meters from the beach or a two-minute walk on flat ground. The beach is accessible with a stroller. There is a ramp on the beach for disabled people to enter the sea.
IS THE BEACH SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
IS BEACH SANDY OR PEBBLED?
First you need to know that beach in Gajac is more than two kilometers long. Not all parts of the beach are equally well-maintained. The part of the beach closest to us is made of fine and medium-sized gravel. There is natural sand in the sea. The entrance to the sea is not deep so even the youngest will be able to enjoy playing with pebbles, splashing in the shallows and diving. The beach is secured by buoys.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND?
It is located 100 meters from the apartment, right next to the beach. About 400 meters of easy walking along the promenade, there are basketball and beach volleyball courts and an outdoor gym. About 200 meters from the sports fields there is another children’s playground surrounded by greenery (shade), a bocce court and table tennis courts.
DOES THE BEACH HAVE NATURAL SHADE?
The island of Pag is generally does not have much vegetation, which means that natural shade on beaches is rare. The beach closest to us does not have any shade, but if you walk down the promenade, you will find natural shade. But both of our apartments are surrounded by greenery and have terraces, balconies and courtyards that are in the shade for most of the day which allows you to stay outdoors even during the summer heat.
IS THERE A CAFFE BAR AND RESTAURANT NEAR THE APARTMENT?
Just 70 meters from the apartment there is a restaurant with pizzas, salads and various types of veggie burgers. On the beach itself, right next to the children’s playground (100 meters), there are two beach bars. There are also numerous beach bars along the promenade, and several restaurants are located in the central part of Gajec and one at the other end of the promenade. It should be noted that most bars and restaurants are only open during the summer season.

HOW FAR IS ZRCE BEACH?
Zrce Beach has several entrances, and the closest to the apartments is about two kilometers from the apartment.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR THE APARTMENT AND WHAT ARE THE BOOKING CONDITIONS?
The price of the apartment varies according to the time of year/season.
WHAT IS THE PRICE PER PERSON FOR THE APARTMENT?
Apartments do not have separate price per person. Price is the same, no metter if one or six people stay in the apartment. Maximum number of people per apartment is six.
DO YOU HAVE FREE APARTMENT FOR PERIOD…?

DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE A SEA/BEACH VIEW?
The Sun apartment (first floor) has a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets over the sea and the view on Velebit mountain. Well apartment does not have a beach view since it is located on the ground floor and is surrounded by greenery. The view through the windows and doors is of the terrace and green yard, the Velebit mountain, the neighborhood and the sunsets.
CAN WE USE GARDEN ON THE GROUND FLOOR? (Sun apartment guests)
The Sun apartment guests can use the 20 square meter yard that is advertised with Sun apartment, but not the yard that is located in the Well apartment on the ground floor.
DOES EACH APARTMENT HAVE ITS OWN HYDROMASSAGE POOL?
Yes, each apartment has its own hydromassage pool and you do not share it with other guests.
HOW OFFTEN DO YOU CHANGE WATER IN HYDROMASSAGE POOL?
Water is changed for every new guests without exception. Additional water changes are possible during the guests’ stay, but such changes are charged additionally according to the price list.
DO YOU HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN IN THE APARTMENT?
We have equipment for babies and children up to 3 years old: a travel cot and appropriate bedding, pillows and blankets, a high chair, children’s plastic dishes, an additional bed rail, a children’s toilet seat, children’s beach toys. All equipment must be requested in advance because it isn’t available to all guests. There is no additional charge.
For older children and adults we have available board games.
ARE APARTMENTS SITTUATED IN QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD?
In the pre-season and off-season it is very quiet, but during the summer season you cannot expect absolute peace and quiet during the day due to the concentration of people. Zrće beach is far enough that it will not disturb your vacation time. Neighbors are a combination of family tourism and groups of younger people.
WILL I HAVE PRIVACY IN THE APARTMENT?
The apartments are separated, with separate entrances and courtyards, which provides a very high level of privacy. However, isolation cannot be expected due to the very concept of the apartments as a building, but also the entire Gajac village in which they are located.
ARE PARTIES ALLOWED IN YOUR APARTMENTS?
Our apartments are designed to be a place for relaxation and rest in wellness facilities and for socializing with good food and drinks, and spending time with children. Parties and loud music and shouting at any time of the day and night are not allowed. From 22:00 to 08:00 is time of total quiet. But those who want to have fun Zrce beach and Novalja are very near.
CAN WE BRING OUR PETS?
No, we do not take any pets, because we think our apartments are not suitable for them.
